1. Seller Information

These Terms & Conditions are between you and Tina Marincic ("we", "us", "our"), trading as NackaSnaps Photography. By using our website and purchasing digital photo downloads, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, browsing our photo galleries, and completing a purchase, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent transactions or payment abuse
• Scraping, automated downloading, or bulk extraction of photos
• Reverse engineering or circumventing download protections
• Uploading malware or interfering with site security
• Using purchased photos for defamatory, illegal, or hate-related purposes

4. Intellectual Property

All photos, branding, and website content are owned by Tina Marincic. When you purchase a digital download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photo for personal display and private sharing. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the photos without written permission.

5. Payment & Checkout

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment processing, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Service Level

We aim to keep our galleries and download services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability.

7. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, security risks, or repeated misuse of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tina Marincic's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific purchase in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of data or profits.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
