How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, please visit paddle.net and follow their refund process, or contact us directly with your order details and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is approved, your access to the purchased photo downloads will be revoked. Please delete any downloaded files from your devices. Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
When Refunds May Not Be Available
While we offer a generous refund window, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns, or if a significant portion of the purchased content has already been downloaded and used.
